Where Keap shines

Keap is a mature, capable CRM. Email broadcasts and automations, sales pipelines, multi-page funnels, landing pages, forms, an appointment scheduler, invoices and payments all live in one place.

And it takes HIPAA more seriously than most tools in its category. You can turn on HIPAA Security Controls and sign Keap's BAA addendum right in the account. Keap is also clear that turning on the controls doesn't make your business HIPAA compliant by itself, which is a fair and accurate warning.

What a health practice runs into

Practice Better and Keap don't talk natively. Keap isn't one of the 11 apps in Practice Better's Connector Hub, so most practices connect them with Zapier. Practice Better's own Zapier article notes that client contact information is transferred outside Practice Better when you do.
