Where Kartra shines
Kartra is a true all-in-one for digital businesses. Funnels, checkout, memberships, courses, email, texting and a CRM, with unlimited email and SMS from the Starter plan up. If you're selling a program to a broad audience and want everything in one builder, it does a lot for the price.

What a health practice runs into
HIPAA isn't addressed. We couldn't find any HIPAA or BAA language on Kartra's pricing page or terms as of October 2026. That doesn't mean Kartra is unsafe for a general newsletter. It does mean intake answers, symptoms and health details don't belong there unless Kartra confirms otherwise in writing.
Your EHR isn't part of the all-in-one. Kartra doesn't connect natively to Practice Better, so the one-login promise stops at the clinical door. New clients get entered twice, and bookings in Practice Better can't trigger anything in Kartra without extra glue.
