Practice Better Connector Hub: what it does and who it's for
Practice Better's Connector Hub links your account to tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot and QuickBooks. Here's how it works, what it costs and when it's the right fit.

For years, one of the most common questions practitioners asked about Practice Better was some version of "can I connect it to my other tools?"
Practice Better's answer is Connector Hub, and it's a welcome addition. Here's what it does, what it costs and who it's a great fit for.

What Connector Hub does
Connector Hub links your Practice Better account to third-party tools so that client data, bookings and program enrollments move between apps without anyone copying them across.
Which tools it connects to
At the time of writing, eleven:
- Mailchimp
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Gmail
- Outlook
- Google Sheets
- Google Docs
- Excel
- OneDrive
- QuickBooks
- Xero
That covers a lot of ground. Email lists, accounting, spreadsheets and a couple of major CRMs.
What it costs and who can use it
Connector Hub is $49 a month and available on the Plus and Team plans. Practitioners on Starter or Professional would need to upgrade.
Who it's a great fit for
Connector Hub shines when the job is moving data from one place to another.
- Getting new clients onto your Mailchimp list without exporting a CSV
- Keeping QuickBooks or Xero in sync with your invoicing
- Feeding a Google Sheet for your own reporting
- Pushing client records into HubSpot or Salesforce
If that's what you need, and you're on Plus or Team, it's a clean, no-code way to stop retyping.
What to know about how it's designed
Connector Hub is a data pipe. It moves records between apps reliably, and that's exactly what it's built for.
What it doesn't do is make decisions. It will add a new client to your mailing list. It isn't designed to notice that a client stopped booking and do something about it, or to follow up with someone who inquired and never booked.
That's a useful distinction to have clear before you buy anything: a connector moves data. An operations layer decides what happens next. Plenty of practices need only the first. Some need both.
If you're on Professional
You won't have Connector Hub, but you do have access to Zapier, which requires Professional or above. Zapier is more flexible and more hands-on, and it can connect Practice Better to a much wider range of tools if you're comfortable building the connections yourself.
On Starter, neither is available, so integration isn't possible until you upgrade.

No. Connector Hub is a data pipe that moves records between apps. It isn't designed to notice when a client stops booking or follow up with someone who inquired and never booked. That kind of decision-making needs a separate operations layer.
