The Patient Journey Mapper is an interactive 5-stage diagnostic that walks you through your practice the way an operations consultant would — but at your own pace, in your own portal.

How to actually do this.
This is going to take about 90 minutes of real, focused work. A few things will make the experience meaningfully better:
1. Do it in chunks.
Most practitioners spread the Mapper across two or three sittings — one stage at a time, between patients or in the evening. It's not a sprint. The auto-save is there because the realistic version of this is multi-session.
2. Have your actual setup open.
The Mapper works best when you have your EHR, your email tool, your calendar, and your CRM open in another tab. The questions ask you what's actually happening — not what you wish was happening. Having the real systems in front of you keeps the answers honest.
3. Don't optimize. Don't aspire.
The whole value of this is seeing the truth. If you fill in what you wish your practice looked like, you'll get a snapshot of a practice that doesn't exist. Answer for the practice you have right now, this week.
4. Read your snapshot when you finish.
The Growth System Snapshot at the end of the Mapper is the asset. It will show you every loop you flagged as open, your stage-by-stage breakdown, and the percentage of your patient journey that's currently running on systems vs. willpower. Print it. Share it with your team. Sit with it.
