If I had to point to one thing that separates practices that grow from practices that plateau, it's follow-up. Not the clinical work — that's usually excellent in both. It's what happens after.
Someone inquires and doesn't book. Someone takes the consult and says they'll think about it. Someone finishes a program and disappears. Someone hasn't been back in six months. In most practices, nothing happens next. Not because the practitioner doesn't care, but because there's no system that ensures it happens.

When you build follow-up as a system instead of a task, it just runs. Every time. Without anyone remembering to do it. That's the difference.
