If we're a fit, you'll get the agreement, intake form, and onboarding questionnaire. The intake captures everything we need — your offer, your protocols, your brand voice, your EHR setup, your existing tools — so we can build the system around your practice, not the other way around.
Step 3 — The 30-day build
We kick off the build the week you sign. You'll get weekly check-ins on progress, but you don't have to be on the work. We handle it. If we have questions, we ask via async — no surprise meetings on your calendar.
