Should your needs evolve, or if you ever decide to transition away from our full-service management,

No, just like any platform like Kajabi, Kartra, Practice Better, Clickfunnels, etc. when you stop paying, you will lose access to your account.
The $997 setup fee covers the build of your system, but the platform that runs everything — your CRM, automations, forms, funnels, calendars, AI tools, and EHR syncing — requires an active Tier 1 or Tier 2 membership.
Do I lose my data?
No. You always own your data and can export it at any time.
Can I pause instead of canceling?
Yes — you may pause your membership for up to 6 months.
Your system is offline during the pause, but your data remains securely stored.
Can I reactivate later?
